Americans Armed With Strong Dollar Buying Up Europe Property

This looks interesting. Maybe we should be buying some reits investing in Europe commercial properties.   http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-03-27/dollar-s-rise-fuels-transatlantic-dash-for-european-real-estate       - S unil Sethi SUNIL SETHI REAL ESTATE Helping Families Find Homes with Great Schools in Fremont, Newark and Union City. Fremont Officially Approves Lennar as Master Developer for Warm Springs/South Fremont Community Plan

The good news is that Buyers will get a lot more choices as this area is developed over the next 8 years. The bad news is that the new school they are building for elementary will only accommodate 750 elementary students. If you are building 4000 units in total, you can expect around 8000 students eventually. Though those lucky enough to go to the new school will be happy, the ones that get displaced farther north to a school with available space will be unhappy. Additional the middle and high school will be Walters Jr. and Kennedy High, much farther north, which negates the reason people buy in Warm Springs which is for an easy commute to the South Bay.   The City and the School District have not put together a desirable school plan. Also the additional congestion will make it even harder to pass through south Fremont. I am not sold on this plan. Vinnie Bacon seems to be the only voice of reason on the city Council.   From the Registry. http://news.theregistrysf.com/fremont-officially

5 Tips for Getting Your Home Sale Ready

By Jane Blanchard   When you want to sell your home, put your best foot forward and create an inviting display. How you set up your home could entice prospective buyers to choose your house. Via: Zillow Digs   1.     Clean up the Curb   Visitors to your home will make up their minds about purchasing the house almost as soon as they enter your front door. The curb appeal of a home is vital. Make sure that you are meticulous about keeping the lawn neat and your trees trimmed. Consider a professional landscaper to help you plant flower beds if you are not sure where to start. Replace or at least repaint the front door to give buyers the best impression possible as they enter. A neat and tidy home exterior is similar to a gift wrapped in beautiful paper. Both make the recipient more excited to see what is inside.   Via: Zillow Digs   2. Cook up a Killer Kitchen   Modern kitchens are a major selling point in homes today. If you still have 20-year-old appliances in your kitchen, you may be
