Dear Alameda County Residents,


We invite you to our 5th Annual Homeowners Fair!


I am excited to announce that this year's Homeowners Fair will be in the City of Dublin! Please join us on Saturday, April 27th at the Shannon Community Center from 9am - 1pm. This is a FREE community event open to all and on-site parking is available.


Our annual Homeowners Fair was created to provide valuable information and resources for homeowners in Alameda County. This years topic is accessory dwelling units (ADUs), also known as granny flats, in-law units, backyard cottages, and secondary units. ADUs are an innovative, affordable, and effective option for creating much-needed housing in California.


During this event we will:


  • Discuss the steps to build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) from the City of Dublin and the Assessor's Office.


  • Host a community resource fair of local ADU businesses, banks, and community organizations.


  • Give away free raffle prizes.
