Survey: Delinquency, Foreclosure Inventory Rates Fall to Lowest Levels Since 2007

With prices rising and a strong economy, this is what you’d expect.   From DS News   Survey: Delinquency, Foreclosure Inventory Rates Fall to Lowest Levels Since 2007 Both the delinquency rate and the foreclosure inventory rate in Q4 2014 for residential mortgage loans fell to their lowest levels since 2007, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's National Delinquency Survey released Wednesday.   "E-NEWS" News From the New Haven Unified School District   *due to technical issues, the E-News was not able to be sent on Tuesday, February 24   District to Hold Community LCAP Meeting Tonight, February 25, Community Invited The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a required component of the Local Control Funding Formula provided by the state of California to local school districts. Bank of America Laying Off Those Hired to Deal with Delinquencies

Another sign  that things are getting better. Zillow will be closing the Trulia Acquisition Feb. 17.

From DS News   Zillow Gets FTC Approval For Trulia Acquisition, Plans to Close by February 17 Zillow announced Friday that it expects to close the acquisition of Trulia by February 17, following the announcement of the conclusion of a Federal Trade Commission investigation.
