Tuesday July 28, 2015, 9:12 AM Fremont Police Department (CA) Community: Join us in Downtown Fremont tomorrow night for Coffee with the Cops Dear Sunil Sethi, Coffee with the Cops travels to Downtown Fremont! Please join Chief Richard Lucero and members of the Fremont Police Department for coffee in an informal and friendly setting at the State Street Plaza on July 29 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.  The event will take place outside and due to hot weather, we will have several canopies to help shade attendees from the heat. We will also have cold water and ice on hand for anyone who'd like to make an iced coffee!  We are very excited about moving this month's event to the City's State Street Plaza in downtown.  Staff from the City Manger's Office and Public Works will be partnering with us for this truly unique event and will be on hand to share information about the Downtown Fremont project.  We will also have police staff from the Community Engagement Unit, Street Crimes Team,

Fannie Mae Upwardly Revises Economic Growth Estimate for Q2

Friday July 17, 2015, 5:18 PM Fremont Police Department (CA) Community: Pet wash proceeds at Pet Food Express this Saturday and Sunday will support the protection and care of Police K9s! Dear Sunil Sethi, Support the protection and care of law enforcement K9s by giving your pet a bath this weekend at Pet Food Express. On Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 19, Fremont Police K9's Kalimero and Niko will be at Pet Food Express with their handlers in Fremont (39010 Paseo Padre Pkwy) for a Cover Your K9 fundraiser. Pet Food Express and Cover Your K9 are partnering this weekend to raise funds to support law enforcement K9 programs. During the two day event, pet wash proceeds ($15 purchase of a bath token) from Pet Food Express will help directly support law enforcement K9 programs. In an effort to protect K9s while they work to protect us, the proceeds will specifically be used to provide K9 handlers with emergency medical training and will be used to purchase critical safety gear fo

Dear Sunil Sethi, Coffee with the Cops travels to Downtown Fremont! All Cash Deals Represented 24.6% of all May Home & Condo Sales

Even though the article is focusing on the decline in all cash deals, it’s pretty amazing that 25% nationally is still all cash. I don’t feel that ratio is that high in Fremont. I see very few all cash deals currently. From C.A.R. The cash sales share in May was close to its long-term average going back to January 2000 of 24.8 percent and well below its recent peak of 42.2 percent in February 2011.
