Shame on the KB Homes and Brookfield : Patterson Ranch Developers File Suit vs. FUSD

Shame on these developers for wasting the schools districts funds to fight a battle to get their homes assigned to a school that has no capacity. I don’t see what the city is doing to alleviate the traffic impact we’ve seen over the last couple of years. And they have many more new developments in the pipeline. Planning Commission meeting will review the Warm Springs - Lennar Tentative Vesting Track Map (VTM) PLN2015-00263.
