On Tuesday, we received notice that our County moved from the most restrictive "Purple Tier" to the less restrictive "Red Tier" on the reopening scale used by the State in their  Blueprint for a Safer Economy  (select the link for more information). At our Board meeting last week, I shared that, based on the information provided to me, we were still weeks away from this reclassification. Unfortunately, the information I was provided was inaccurate. What does this change from Purple to Red mean?
