Free 5th Annual Let's Talk Housing Fair 2023 FREE 5TH ANNUAL LET'S TALK HOUSING FAIR 2023 A-1 Community Housing Services' 5th Annual Let's Talk Housing Seminar takes place Saturday November 4th, 2023, from 9:-00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Chabot College in Hayward. This Housing Fair is FREE for anyone curious of owning a home, in the process of buying a home, or who currently owns one and needs assistance. There will also be assistance available for those who are currently renting. A-1 Community Housing Services also offers credit counseling for those who are struggling with credit or not sure how to improve it.
