Don’t tell me one year later everything is rosy at BofA and they now have excess capital to payback their $45B TARP money. That’s bullshit. They are still the king of subprime debt properties in loan mod/short sale/foreclosure process. Their bleeding is not over.
2009 was not a rosy year for BofA and 2010 will most likely be more worse than better. Okay let them payback the money, but when they come back to the window next year, let them fail and be acquired in pieces by wiser banks, who understand risk taking better.
