I was hoping to buy a property today that I’d been watching. It had been delayed last week, and thought it would go on the block for sure today, but the lender delayed it for another month.

 

I don’t get why the lenders are delaying foreclosing on this property after already deciding to foreclose, since they denied the short sale.
