New study from Altos Research confirms what we already knew – that there aren’t a lot of homes for sale, that it’s not a buyer’s market and that we need more inventory to meet demand.

 

Scott Sambucci, VP of data analytics,Altos top researcher believes banks will continue to control the release of the “so-called” shadow inventory of homes to manage home values.

 

Gee I wonder if there’s any collusion going on here with big fat banks? Inquiring minds want to know.
