If you’re going to spend the money to paint, don’t paint the house white.

 

Use warm colors. My go to color palate is

 

Kelly moore Oyster for the walls, Swiss coffee for the trim and doors, and western acoustic for the ceilings.

 

However combination recommended by a client which, my painter confirmed he’s see a lot of use of is

Also don’t cover over problems (fix them the way  used expect others to take care of the problem if you were buying the property. Do the right thing. You’ll avoid problems later, and repercussions as well as have great Karma).
