These homes were sold at the Alameda County Courthouse steps.   These properties were foreclosed on and will become tomorrow’s REO and Flips for sale in Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward, and other parts of the Alameda County. They will eventually be listed on a MLS and resold. If you are interested in buying these let us know.

 

Most interesting was the union city Blvd sale. This is a mixed unit property, which is impossible to get financing for. However for a cash buyer it could offer term a 6-8% cash-on-cash return.
