Compared to July Sales in Fremont, August had fewer homes for sale, more sold, and selling at a faster pace in August vs. July. On a monthly comparative basis, in August average and median selling prices dropped but compared to last year, average and median home prices are higher.
If we look at sales segmented by selling price, we’re seeing more higher priced homes selling in this year. People are trading up in Fremont.
For September should see less activity, now that school is started.
