Based on a 30 Yr Fixed Loan of $500,000  LTV 60%  FICO 780


Chase: 3.875% with $3750 credit towards closing
BofA : 3.875% with $2600 credit,
Citibank : 3.875 with $2500 credit  or 3.75% with $0 credit
Fremont Bank : 4% with $1000 credit
