Shame on the KB Homes and Brookfield : Patterson Ranch Developers File Suit vs. FUSD

Shame on these developers for wasting the schools districts funds to fight a battle to get their homes assigned to a school that has no capacity.

Attorneys representing Fremont Pat Ranch, LLC, and Brookfield Bellaire, LLC – the firms overseeing Patterson Ranch residential development in Fremont – filed suit against the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) in Alameda County Superior Court October 9th. Click here to see a copy of the action.
