Introduction to Yoga for Health and Fitness

Hello Family and Friends,


Yoga has become a popular practice for fitness, flexibility, balance, stress reduction and overall health and wellness. Facilitated by Jyotsna who has a passion for yoga.  Her classes are intelligently sequenced for self-care, stress reduction and flexibility. 


Come and discover the benefits of yoga in an eight-week class beginning October 13 through December 8 at South Bay Community Church.  The first class is free!    Drop in students are also welcome, space permitting.

Suggested donation:  $7/class or $35 for the eight-week session.

(This course will focus on the physical benefits of yoga only, chants will not be included.)
