Informational Workshops

This workshop is to learn about the City of Alameda's Rent Stabilization ordinance that was passed on March 1st and became effective March 31, 2016.

In this workshop we will explain the Rent Review, Rent Stabilization and Limitations on Evictions Ordinance 3148. We will also walk through each requirement for rent increases and terminations of tenancy. We will also have a Q&A so we can answer any questions you may have.

Space is LIMITED, so please reserve your place now. If you are registering for more than one person, please use the individual's name on the registration. Multiples of the same name will automatically be removed from the list.
