Rent Review Informational Meeting

On June 27, 2017, the City Council of Union City approved an ordinance that added Chapter 5.55 "Rent Review" to the City's municipal code. The Rent Review Ordinance regulates most residential rental units in Union City and provides tenants with a non-binding, mediation process for qualifying rent increases. The City will be holding an informational meeting on the Rent Review Ordinance that is open to the public.
