Latest Real Estate Statistics on Fremont's Housing Market can be seen here https://altos.re/r/de82ffc.

We're seeing fewer people at open houses, but the ones coming seem to be serious ones, as still getting around 4 offers per listing. In the spring we would have seen on average 6-8 offers. I believe the change is mostly a seasonal affect, so this is not the time to hesitate about buying. View it as an opportunity.
