Weekly Pendings in Fremont Since Shelter in Place March 19, 2020.

I did this to see how many transactions were happening in each price range for all of Fremont.
Right now in Fremont the high end is the slowest, and inventory is increasing.

I've looked at additional studies that confirm the same. Pricing however is steady and some cases higher in the lower end, because inventory has also fallen.

I'm looking at this weekly. Keep checking in. I'll also be posting on my blog and facebook.
