Zillow Predicts Housing Inventory will Expand in the 1st Half of 2022

  • More than two-thirds (69%) of panelists said they expect inventory will begin to grow in the second half of this year or the first half of 2022. 
I hope they're right, Fremont, Newark, Union City need to offer more choices for all the buyers interested in owning their first home.
