90 Years of East Bay Regional Parks

Join us Saturday, May 11, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for "ParkFest: Celebrating 90 Years of Your Regional Parks" at Lake Chabot Regional Park in Castro Valley. Enjoy music, live performances, Drake's Brewery, food trucks, Kids' Zone, music and circus shows, nature exhibits, and much more. FREE admission and parking!


The ParkFest community birthday celebration has two stages.

  • The main stage will include performances from the Grammy award-winning Alphabet Rockers, Oakadelic, Los Cenzontles, Black Cat Zydeco, Berkeley High School Jazz Band, and Leung's White Crane Dragon & Lion Dance Association.
  • The family stage will be next to the Kids' Zone and include Asheba Caribbean Music, Silly Circus Show (Bubble and Magic Shows), and Prescott Circus (Circus Performance), among others.

Many visitors are expected to attend ParkFest. Please consider alternative methods to reach the park. We recommend biking, or using the trip planner provided by AC Transit or BART. Lake Chabot Information
