Market is improving

I'm seeing older inventory going pending and the last two weeks I've been getting a lot more calls of people interested in selling and buying.

I expect the market to slow down as it typically does in December, but come spring, we should see a normal pick-up in sales activity.

2nd mortgage refinancings are still attractive for owners with good FICOs and LTVs under 90%.
