Pulte Homes at Villa D'Este in Ardenwood Opened Up to the Public This Past Weekend
While the bankruptcy of the John Laing Home Builder left the Villa D'Este Community from further development these past few years, Pulte Homes has purchased the land through a Trustee Sale. This past weekend they opened their models to the public, revealing their 3 different floor plans. In order to maintain consistency and the integrity of the community, the same plans of the Laing homes were used for the new ones.
Plan 1- Florence 2 bed/ 2 bath, 1,263sqft, balcony, 2 car Tandem Garage asking $478,800
- While the smallest in sqft, I find this model to be the most desirable. The layout is spacious and functional once the initial flight of stairs is overcome when entering the front door. All models offer very nice features as standard: granite counter tops, maple cabinets, stainless or black appliances, Piedrafina marble vanity counter tops, and more.
Plan 2-Palermo 3 bed/3.5 bath, 1,405 sqft, 2 car garage asking $538,800
-Slightly larger in sqft, this floor plan is my least favorite out of the 3. I like entering the front door and having a living area and kitchen to look at. The master closet is a little on the small side and I feel they could have used a smaller shower to give more space to the closet behind it. There are also two flights of stairs you must climb before getting to the 3rd bedroom on the top floor.
Plan 3-Tivoli 3 bed/3.5 bath, 1,582 sqft, Balcony, 2 car garage asking $558,800
-This plan is my second favorite because of the formal living, dining, and kitchen on the first floor. This is a great collective space for entertaining. The spacing in the bedrooms and baths on the 2nd and 3rd floor are also reasonably proportioned.
This first phase is releasing 5 units, (2) of plan 1 and 3, and (1) of plan 2, which have move-in dates this November.
