Fannie Mae launches new pilot program
Fannie Mae recently announced it is starting a pilot program to collect and
manage real estate purchase offers for Fannie Mae-owned properties in
Orlando, Fla., San Diego, Calif., and Wayne County, Detroit, Mich. Through
the pilot, real estate agents submit offers online on behalf of their
clients, receive confirmations, and track the status of submitted offers.
