I Wish We Were Only Going to Experience 3% Appreciation in 2014

Unfortunately for buyers the shortage in supply and high demand from buyers is causing prices to rise. Yesterday we got the news that a townhome that was asking $550k went pending for $618k with no contingencies. This is more than 10% higher than what it would have sold for last year.
