San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, and Los Angeles rank at the bottom of the list of cities that are the easiest to get a mortgage, according to a report from the Urban Institute.
Since the housing bust in 2007, lenders have gotten much choosier about whose mortgage applications they approve.
