Valley ranks as country's second toughest market for renters

The San Jose metropolitan area is the second-most competitive market for renters when compared to the 25 largest cities in the nation, according to the Silicon Valley Business Journal's analysis of Trulia data. Trulia ranks rental competitiveness by factors landlords use to rate potential tenants, such as income and credit scores. (Sillicon Valley Business Journal)
