A Chef's Secrets to Reducing Food Waste

Caring about our food and caring about our families go hand-in-hand. Sharing the best ways to take care of our food and our families is the specialty of our Food Waste Prevention Partner, Chef Alison of Ends and Stems. She has transformed her passion for preventing food waste and years of experience as a chef and caterer to help busy people and young families make meal time easier, more efficient, and cost effective.

Over the coming months, we'll be sharing her practical tips and fun insights on StopFoodWaste.org and across our social media channels. To start things off, click below for Chef Alison's 6 Hacks to De-Stress Weeknight Meals.
